Our AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) license provides numerous advantages for our customers in terms of international trade. It makes us a powerful player for companies whose operations include the purchase and selling of merchandise in and from countries outside the European Union.
Containers arriving in Rotterdam or Antwerp can be transported directly to our SMART HUB unopened. The merchandise is then only cleared in Den Bosch. The Customs Office is located just around the corner, which guarantees a fast response time in terms of container inspection by customs officials.
SMART HUB has a customs depot at its disposal in its warehouse, which offers the possibility of temporarily storing your merchandise with us. This is especially interesting if the final destination of your merchandise is not yet known and might be exported to countries outside the EU.
